What are your hours?
We do not have specific hours of operation for classes. We are typically open whenever classes are in session. The best way to find the most accurate schedule is through the MindBody app. Our JFit Boutique is open Monday-Friday 11 am-3 pm. Have questions outside of those hours? Call us and leave a message for us to return, or, email us!
What is the difference between the 30 & 50 minute class formats?
30 minute classes tend to be a little faster paced as we transition a little quicker to get all of the work in. During a 50 minute class, there is more time for stretching and transitions between exercises. BOTH classes durations will give you a full body workout leaving you refreshed and engaged.
ALL Classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy and private sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. For classes, if cancelled within the cancellation window, a class pass will be lost or a $20 late cancel fee will be charged to members. Our late cancellation policy is important because we keep classes small to maintain a personal touch and safety. We love having you in class and hope our cancellation policy will help motivate you to get to class so you can get amazing results from our unique program!
What is your class schedule?
Find our class schedule under the Schedule tab on this site or through the MindBody app. Our most accurate schedule can always be found in these two places!
What do Book, Waitlist, and Call mean on the MindBody app?
When booking yourself for class, you may notice these terms for scheduled classes. 'Book' means there is a spot open, go ahead and grab it! 'Waitlist' means the class is currently full, but a spot could open is another client cancels. We encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist - you will be contacted by text or email is a spot becomes available. If you are waitlisted and a spot does not open, you do not lose a class pass. 'Call' indicates that it may be too close to class beginning to register. Book your spot in enough time to attend on time!
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept all major credit cards online and at the studio.
Where do I find J Pilates Certified Studios?
Find all the current J Pilates Certified Locations under the Locations tab.
Am I allowed to use passes from one J Pilates Location to another?
Yes, but only private lesson packages may be used at both locations for now.
