Lacy J Pilates & Fitness Studio, began by owner Lindsey Blanchard, is dedicated to offering high-quality and highly effective fitness & Pilates classes as well as Private Pilates Instruction for ALL fitness levels.
At Lacy J's we have three studios: FITNESS, PILATES & PRIVATE PILATES with the option to bring your Kids to Kids Club while you workout (Kids Club is offered Monday-Friday 9am-1pm. $5/kid/hour or Unlimited Options)
Fitness class formats include Core, Pilates Interval Training & Barre as well as a few traditional yoga classes. We offer all the equipment needed to participate in class, please note that some classes do require grip socks.
Pilates class formats include the Pilates Reformer and the Pilates Tower. You are welcome to jump in any class as long as you are physically fit with no injuries. If you need special attention for injuries, miss-alignments or are pregnant, we recommend you schedule a 30 minute Intro to Pilates with one of our Lacy J Certified Pilates Instructors to help you better understand how Pilates can help you and your bodies specific needs. Grip socks are MANDATORY!
Private Pilates Sessions can be one-on-one or semi-private and are scheduled directly through the instructor. The sessions are personalized and designed for each unique individual and their specific health goals.

Lacy J Pilates & Fitness Studio includes a large retail area that offers the grip socks that are required for most classes as well as some fun Fitness Apparel: Lululemon, Alo, Vimmia, Yana K and more. Hours for the J Fit Boutique are Monday-Saturday 9am-1pm & Sunday 2pm-4pm.
