Take advantage of these classes through your current membership or purchase a $25 Week Pass through MindBody. After purchase, book your classes through MindBody, download the Zoom app and create a login. You will receive an email from the Lacy J team to your email address on file with a link to classes for that week. Then, get moving with your Pilates practice!
Starting Monday, May 18 the Virtual Class Schedule will be as follows:
Monday - Pilates Mix at 11:15 am
Wednesday - Pilates Mix at 11:15 am
Friday - Pilates Mat at 1:15 pm
